Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be available as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel each of these purchase types.

Subscriptions

A subscription means you'll receive recurring deliveries, scheduled according to the duration and frequency you choose at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be billed for each delivery — unless you've selected the option to pay upfront.

Certain subscriptions renew automatically when their term ends. If you'd prefer not to renew, simply cancel before the renewal date.

You're free to change or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Just follow the link in your order confirmation email to access and manage your subscription.

Please note: discounts, free gifts, and similar promotions apply to your first order only — not to recurring deliveries — unless otherwise stated.

If your plan is upgraded, your product, subscription price, billing cycle, and included items may be adjusted accordingly. For details on returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order lets you secure a product that's currently out of stock or not yet released. At checkout, we may charge nothing or collect a partial deposit, securely store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order anytime before it's fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order can no longer be cancelled — but you may request a full or partial refund. See our Returns Policy for details.

Try Before You Buy

With a try-before-you-buy purchase, we authorize your payment method before shipping your order. You'll then have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item isn't returned by the end of that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
